Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through the enquiry form on this website. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to reply to you.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, phone number, and — if you choose to give them — your email address and business name, plus the service you are interested in and your message. We also record the language you were using and which page the form was on.

How we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and to talk with you about your project. We do not sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored securely in our database, hosted by our provider Supabase. Only Kreare Tech can read them; the public website can send an enquiry but cannot read any.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries only as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and delete them sooner if you ask.

Job applications

If you apply for a job, we also receive your college, MBA details, languages, availability, your resume and, in Round 2, your recorded pitch. These are stored privately and seen only by our hiring team. You agree to this when you apply, and we delete them after hiring for that role is complete.

On your device

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it has no analytics. It remembers your language and light/dark choice in your browser's local storage, which stays on your device. When you switch to Telugu, the Telugu font is loaded from Google Fonts. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, which has its own privacy policy.
